13th June WSBK Nurburgring: It is raining currently but we are ready for free practice this morning and 1st qualifying this aftenoon.
13th June WSBK Nurburgring: Weather mixed with alternating rain and dry. Great circuit. Gino and Dan eager to start.
June 7th evening. Gino, Richard and Dan visit the Misano karting circuit. Gino and Dan are fast on karts and on this visit Gino breaks the lap record. Richard does not!
7th June. This afternoon the sun came out over the Misano paddock. The test has been successfully concluded. Tonight and tomorrow is final bike preparation for Nurburgring next week, using what we have learnt from the test..
7th June.. Rain overnight in Misano so wet practice this morning!

Battling top tens for StoneBaker at Misano

The two-man StoneBaker Racing team of Dan Linfoot and Gino Rea overcame a tough qualifying session to secure two top ten finishes at Misano today. In scorching hot temperatures that rose as high as 33 degrees both riders kept themselves in the championship hunt with Linfoot scything his way through

Final qualifying today did not go to plan. Dan's bike developed a clutch problem at the start of the session that resulted in no opportunity to improve times from yesterday. Gino improved on yesterday's times but then had a crash (Gino is fine) with others then able to put in faster times and overta

Gino is 8th and Dan is 11th after the first of the two qualifying sessions before the race tomorrow afternoon.
